Which tier is right for our team?
Pro fits single brands or retailers monitoring up to 20 sites with 5 seats. Super doubles seats, adds up to 50 sites, paid ads, daily traffic, and real-time research. Enterprise is for house of brands, agencies, and large organizations needing unlimited sites, seats, and the MCP Server. Talk to sales if you're not sure.
Are Intelligence Modules included?
Modules (Catalog, Pricing, Wholesale & MAP) are usage-based add-ons on Super and Enterprise. Pricing scales with how many products, competitors, and sites you need monitored. Talk to sales for a scoped quote.
Can we test ShopVision before buying?
There's no free trial, but we run a hands-on demo using your real competitive set, so you can see ShopVision working on your actual use cases before you sign anything.
Can we change tiers if our needs grow or shrink?
Yes. Upgrade anytime. Downgrades are only available on month-to-month plans. To cancel, give 30 days' notice and your subscription ends at the close of your current billing term.
