  • Do you offer a free trial?
    No, but if for whatever reason you want to cancel your subscription, we will refund all charges anytime within the first 60 days, simply email us at support@shopvision.ai
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel your subscription at anytime with 30 days written notice. Your subscription will end at the end of your current term (either monthly or annually depending on your plan)
  • Are there any restrictions to the number of users?
    There are no limitations to the number of users from within your organization that you can add to your subscription, simply invite users from within the ShopVision dashboard. If you wish to add users that have a different email domain from your eCommerce site (i.e. a sister brand or parent operating company) or wish to give access to outside contractors or a digital agency, please contact us as support@shopvision.ai
  • What qualifies as a monitored site?
    Any site (either competitor or peer) that you wish to monitor is counted towards the limit of your subscription tier entitlement. If you wish to monitor multiple country sites (e.g. US, Canada and UK) of the same competitor, each country site is counted individually against your monitored site limit.
  • Can I get a product demo before I buy?

  • I'm a Digital Agency, Independent Consultant or Financial Institution, can I sign up for ShopVision?
    Yes, if you don't work directly for a brand, retailer or online merchant you can still use ShopVision to monitor sites on behalf of your clients. Please contact us at sales@shopvision.ai so we can discuss your use case.
  • What is the pricing currency?
    All pricing is in $USD
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay using the following payment methods: All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and UnionPay Wire transfer (upon request)
  • Can I change my subscription plan tier anytime?
