⤵️ Recipe and Tips: Queso Fundido is the easiest most impressive side dish. It can be as easy as 2 ingredients but I made it à la Mexicana by adding some tomato, onion, and jalapeño. I used @vvsupremo ‘s chicken chorizo and @vvsupremo ’ ‘s Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese .V&V Supremo Chihuahua® Brand Cheese is the perfect quesadilla cheese that melts perfectly every time. I love it because it is made with real, high-quality milk for rich, buttery flavor. 1. Brown your chorizo in a pan. 2. Add one diced tomato, 1/2 a diced onion, 2-3 diced jalapeños. Remove seeds and veins if you want it less spicy. 3. Remove 1/3 of browned chorizo. 4. Add your shredded cheese. 5. Cover and let it melt. 6. Add chorizo back to the top. 7. Serve with warmed tortillas or tortilla chips. Mexican food | Mexican recipes | Mexican meals | Mexican cooking | Easy recipes #mexicanrecipes #mexicanfood #quesofundido #vvsupremo #vvsupremocreator
