A complete physique is built from top to bottom👊 Calves can make or break a physique, so don’t treat them like an afterthought. I train calves 2–3x per week, usually 2 exercises per workout in the 12–20 rep range. I still go heavy, but I’ve always found that my calves respond best to higher volume with quality reps. Full stretch. Hard contraction. Control every rep. If you want to try the supplements I use to fuel my training and build my physique, check out the Bodybuilding.com Signature line through my link or use code KIM10 to save 10%. How do you train your calves—heavy or high volume? 👇 #ClassicPhysique #CalfTraining #Bodybuilding #IFBBPro #bodybuildingmotivation

FAT LOSS SWEET POTATO EGG BAKE 🍠🥚 by Madelaine Rascan - Studio Era (makes 4 generous servings) 265 calories | 30g protein | 23g carbs | 6g fat Ive eaten this with plain yogurt, dill yogurt + avocado, with chicken on the side, or even just 2 massive slices for an easy dinner. So. Damn. Good. 🔥🔥🔥 INGREDIENTS -650g egg whites -2 large eggs -150g 0% Greek yogurt -30g finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano -450g zucchini (about 2 medium), grated -250g sweet potato (about 1 medium) -120g yellow onion (about ½ medium), sliced into thin rings -1 tsp Dijon mustard -1 tsp garlic powder -1 tsp salt (plus a pinch for the zucchini) -Black pepper, to taste -Light spray of avocado oil 1. Grate the zucchini and sprinkle with the salt. Set it aside for about 15 min to pull the water out. 2. Peel the sweet potato and shave it into ribbons with a Y-peeler. Slice the onion into thin rings. 3. Spread the sweet potato ribbons and onion rings on a parchment tray with a light spray of avocado oil and a pinch of salt. Roast at 400°F for 12-15 min until tender. 4. While that roasts, whisk the egg whites, eggs, Greek yogurt, Parm, Dijon, garlic powder and pepper until smooth. 5. When the sweet potato and onion come out, drop the oven to 350°F. Squeeze all the water out of the zucchini in a towel, then fold the zucchini, roasted sweet potato and onion into the egg mixture (save a few ribbons to decorate the top). 6. Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan and arrange the reserved ribbons on top. 7. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 min until set, a knife comes out clean and the top’s a nice golden brown. 8. Rest 10-15 min before slicing into 4. Store in the fridge up to 4 days, or freeze for longer. Reheat in the microwave or air fryer. Bone Apple Teeth ❤️

Want a Bigger, Wider Back? Try These 4🔥 If you want to build a complete back, don’t just repeat the same pulling motion. Here are 4 exercises I’m using to hit the lats and upper back from different angles for more width and thickness. 1️⃣ Cross-Body Single-Arm Lat Pulldown Grabbing the opposite handle gives me a cross-body line of pull and a great stretch through the lat. I keep the elbow tucked and drive it down toward my hip to keep the focus on the lat. 2️⃣ MaxPump Supported Angle Row — Supinated Grip The underhand grip with the elbows tucked lets me drive down and back toward the hips, keeping this one lat-dominant with more emphasis on the lower portion while adding thickness. 3️⃣ Prime Row — Pronated Grip Now we shift the focus to the upper back. Elbows slightly flared to put more emphasis on the rhomboids, traps, rear delts, and teres major. Drive the elbows back and squeeze. 4️⃣ Newtech Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown Finishing with a wider overhand grip to put more emphasis on the upper/outer lats and teres major. Get a good stretch at the top, stay controlled, and drive the elbows down. 4 movements. Different angles. Complete back development. 💪 Workout fueled by @bodybuildingcom Signature EAAs + NO2 Nitric Oxide. ⚡️ Immediately after training, I get in 2 scoops of Signature Protein Isolate to start my post-workout recovery.
