LinkedinWe don’t just invest in what our people do. We invest in who they can become. That belief is at the heart of AllSaints' Train to Transform 🖤 No lecture slides. No box-ticking. Real practice, real feedback, real pressure until "I know this stuff" becomes "I can teach this stuff." Because a great trainer doesn't just pass on information. They change what a room believes is possible. 🌍 From London to New York and Los Angeles, we brought leaders together to build a new global capability. The goal? Developing confident, inspiring trainers who can transform learning into everyday performance. Because learning should not end when you leave the room. It should show up in what you do next. We are incredibly proud of our newly certified trainers and the investment we are making in not only their growth, but the growth of the people they will develop. Different cities. Different people. But one shared belief: When you invest in people, they can transform what is possible ✨ And this is only the beginning. What's one thing a trainer taught you that you still use today? Community is an essential part of Aaron Esh’s creative process, from casting a campaign to styling a collection and reimagining a brand identity. “I’m just one member of the team,” Aaron explains. “Bringing in people with real specialisms, people you can collaborate with on one shared vision, is how you get the best work.” Here, Aaron discusses his longtime working relationships with friends and collaborators, Jamie Reid, Najia Li Saad, Katy England, Matthew Whitehouse and Osman Ahmed. “There’s a real trust between us to push each other, and to push the project as far as it can go.”

Introducing Aaron Esh, AllSaints' new Chief Creative Officer. As a Londoner, Aaron has always been intrigued by the city. Its attitude and sensibility, and how that translates into clothes, has been foundational to his design practice. At AllSaints, he has continued to champion this idea, taking that subversive spirit of London and making it democratic, so anyone can walk down the street and be an AllSaints person.

Last month, we hosted our second Repair & Rewear event at our flagship store on Regent Street - and it was a huge success. Instead of letting older leather pieces go to waste or standard recycling, our ESG team works behind the scenes to save them. Once a little imperfect, these jackets have been lovingly repaired by the talented AllSaints Atelier team. With highly skilled hands and a touch of originality these pieces are now restored to their former glory and have a new lease of life for many years to come! The numbers so far: 🧥 50+ leather jackets restored and reworn 🧵 Existing materials given a premium second life 🛍️ One-of-a-kind pieces, back in the hands of our community #WeAreAllSaints #TeamSpotlight

We Hosted Influencer Claire and Dalmatian Smudge for her ‘Kinda Chic’ Dog Friendly Ad at AllSaints Leeds It was great to host Claire and her Dalmatian Smudge back in store as she shopped our Summer collection and filmed her “Kinda Chic” ad for Victoria Leeds… and her first stop was AllSaints. Claire loved our Sabine woven flats and couldn’t help trying on our signature leather Clay jacket in Oxblood red. As you can see Smudge loves the store (and all the attention he gets from the team!) Already a client of ours and fan of the brand, we love showing the both of them our new arrivals. Whenever anyone asks if the store is dog friendly we always reply with a resounding yes! We look forward to Claire and Smudge’s next visit! Thank you to Jess Mahon for arranging. Juliette Sumpter Gillian Forsyth Charlotte Till Kiera Butler Rebecca Hiley

Because we are AllSaints, and AllSaints is All of Us 🖤 A few weeks ago, our Senior Leadership Team gathered in Edinburgh for our 10th Annual Supplier Conference - bringing together 28 of our core global partners. From keynotes on creativity, tech, and AI, to transparent listening sessions on how we can streamline our processes and support each other even more, the energy was unmatched. We didn't just talk about strategy; we talked about our global tribe, our shared values, and our creative manifesto and commitment to real life, not runway. Events like this remind us that an extraordinary brand is built on extraordinary relationships - with our teams, our customers, partners, and our community. A massive thank you to the entire team who worked tirelessly to bring this event to life and make it such a success.
